How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days across India. Express shipping (2–4 days) is available at checkout for select pin codes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999.

Do you ship all over India?

Absolutely! We deliver to all major cities and pin codes across India.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days and we'll make it right.

How do I return an item?

Simply email us at support@trendvault.in with your order number and reason for return within 5 days of delivery. We'll arrange a pickup at no extra cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

What items are not eligible for return?

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 5 days of delivery are not eligible for return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders.
