At ShopNex, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Return Window

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, we are unable to process a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Digital products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at sabhi3572@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the product. We will arrange a free pickup.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at sabhi3572@gmail.com to request an exchange.
